Your serial number is for the old and discontinued Broadcaster Edition of VirtualDJ and will definitely not going to be any useful for current Versions of VirtualDJ
Not sure when and where you bought this license, but better return to seller and ask for refund if recent.

I had an older virtual dj license after buying a Numark Dj & Go console, I lost the serial number and I don't remember the website where I bought it with the license. Is it possible to get a new license or something else based on the product serial number?

speak with numark, atomix don't have any information linking serial numbers to LE licences.
