Topic: Virtual dj 2023 automix
I remember in my old version when using playlist and automix while playing a track and wanting to switch to the next one immediately I would double click the next track in the list and it would play it from the start instead from the set cue point. However now while double clicking it will always play from the cue point. Is there solution to this? Thank you for your answer.

try:
-----> settings
-----> optionen
-----> automix
-----> automixSkiplenght
-----> change it to -----> "0.0"
&
-----> automixDoubleClick -----> change it to "promt"

I cannot reproduce your results.

1) Maybe a screenshot of your Options > Automix .... settings.

2) What build are you using? (many builds available for VDJ 2023) (and OS?)

I will try to again to reproduce your results, w the additional info.


Currently doubleclicking any track, in the Automix que, starts the track at its beginning (even tried using a track with the "zero" track position, set to the middle)

I guess if one set automixMode to Smart then you are telling VDJ to find the best place to exit old and start new track, and would possibly, NOT start at the tracks beginning.
(is that what you have set?)

Again, more info needed to really help more.

If I use mixnow, the mix points are taken.
at promt (with my values) the track starts immediately from the beginning.
...otherwise I don't use automix...
