Hello good evening, I've been experiencing sound glitches and clicks in recordings for days, all this has been when upgrading to virtualdj 2024. My laptop is an HPIntel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz with windows 11 PRO, RAM 16.0 GB, card Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 update to the latest driver (552.12) on the Nvidia website.
Would my laptop no longer support 2024 chips? I use STEMS 2.0 and I've varied its use but it still happens. Even if I put Stems Always in the settings, the recordings sound bad to me. I've set the latency and turn off the ultralatency. I checked the data and disabled firewall and so onI reviewed the data and disabled firewall and other recommendationsl forum. Could you help me?
On the other hand, could I still use vitualdj 2023 that has never failed me?

personally haven't had any issues recording or streaming with 2024 but have seen a few who have. some things to note:
1 - if you're going to try to use stems 2.0 with a graphics card that old you should be using pre-computed stems files
2 - you can try recording without stems - just fully disable in Options. but if you do and it continues, also look into graphics card drives, issues with controller like bad cables, and even windows itself if on the notorious build of windows causing people headaches with audio.
3 - no need to go back to 2023 if you just fully disable stems in Options - it's pretty much the same under the hood except for the new features.
4 - you CAN still roll back on the builds page if you really need to
https://www.virtualdj.com/download/build.html
and pay attention to the top of the page - "meets or preferably exceeds recommended requirements'
might be time to go shopping.
