hi a mate of mine has just payed £295 for virtual dj pro infinerty but is having problems with it it is saying he is not have a full subscription when he opened virtual dj up when he is log in to virtual dj and log in on website can you help with this thank you

Get him to raise a support ticket using the email address he used for the purchase.
