I have a family account on tidal, I have the maximum plan that tidan offers me and it turns out that it doesn't work, it loads a song and it doesn't read it to me when previously, without the update, it loaded them without any type of problem. I want a solution or someone who can explain to me what is happening please.

If you do not have the DJ plus extension it doesn't work.

The DJ extension can only be added to an individual account.
If you have a family plan then you do not have the DJ extension and cannot add the DJ extension.
If you have a family plan then you do not have the DJ extension and cannot add the DJ extension.
