Topic: copying virtual folders into My Documents
I used to be able to create a Virtual Folder template. What I mean is, Virtual folders within virtual folders within VFs. I would make this as a prep template for weddings.

an example structure was:

VF "wedding template"-->

1) VF "ceremony"-->

1a) VF "prelude"
1b) VF "parents"
1c) VF "wedding party"
1d) VF "Bride"
1e) VF "recessional"

2) VF "reception"
2a) VF "cocktail hour"
2b) VF "grand entrance"
2c) VF "1st dance"
2d) VF "dinner"
2etc) (and a number of other VFs with labels)

These folders were just labeled and empty. i would save this seperately from my wedding folders. Then for any wedding, I would just copy / paste it into say, my 2024 wedding VF. I would open VDJ and open that wedding VF and there is was, ready to be renamed. I would rename it with my couples name and now all I had to do was fill in the folders with music. it worked for years and was sooo helpful with my prep.

Now i try to copy that template VF into 2024 wedding VF and it does not appear in VDJ. its there in the mt documents folder though. So anyone have any suggestions?

Perhaps (depending on your actions) VirtualDJ "Home" folder is no longer inside Documents.
So, start VirtualDJ, open settings, click on options tab, and then click the small "cog" icon on the bottom right corner of the window.
This should open a new Explorer Window, on the location used by VirtualDJ as "home" folder.
