I purchased a one month subscription to try out virtual Dj and I did it for the month and was pleased.
Now I want to purchase a lifetime license for 299 amd VirtualDJ not accepting my payment. Now I domt understand they accepted my payment for the one month subscription but now having a problem to accept my payment for the lifetime license. They are telling me to check with my Bank why they are declining the payment but I already checked with my bank and they are not declining the payment, VirtualDJ not accepting the payment. Now VirtualDJ is telling me to use another method of payment to purchase, I can't used those other methods, I don't have the facility to used those methods. I have a Visa Debit/Credit card amd it worked for the 1 month subscription, so what's the problem now. I want to pay for this service and you guys not even trying to help. Smh

I have contacted them on numerous occasions and I can't get the help I need, I dont understand they accepted my 1 month subscription payment but not accepting a 299 lifetime payment..
