Is it possible for VDJ automatically detect and download the skin for that controller. I have the Pioneer DDJ SB3

There are not any "controller specific" skins.
There are only skins used by the screens on some controllers that support it.
In these cases the skins are downloaded automatically.
Your SB3 obviously doesn't have any screens, nor any specific skin.
Some user MAY have created a "controller alike" skin, but this is not necessary, nor advised to be used for your SB3 to function properly and take advantage 100% of it's capabilities.
