Topic: idjpool subscription
Hi, I renewed my subscription on the new platform, everythin resutls ok (on my profile and on the software's section active subscription results). I can browse the songs through the software but I can't load them on the decks or download them to the cache. Did I miss something?

Try log out and then back in.

With tidal's subscription It works properly
