It has become a “thing” now where clients of corporate events are running overtime with their speeches
And I thought an easy thing would be to have a countdown timer as a virtualdj app.
Is there someone that could do this?
I wish I knew how to I would then do it myself. If somebody wants to collaborate with me I am open to it.

It's already a thing, the script is countdown you could send that to text effect_string with a rsi, if you wanted something more polished something could be baked into a video skin.
But I'm not sure it would be welcome, corporate events are a circular back patting exercise, they're there to revel in how marvellous they all are, not be hurried along by the help.
You wouldn't go telling the father of the bride to get a move on with his speech.
now if it's a case you're booked till 12, it's 11:40 you have 30 minutes tear down, and they still yapping, then you messed up.
Probably easiest and the most subtle way would be a tablet on the podium with a message "start countdown timer when you start speech"
