So I did a birthday event and had some issues with virtual DJ so last night as I were testing before the event, I start having a major trouble with quite a few songs not loading keep saying error. I’ve even try to use the macOS file explorer find that same song that wouldn’t load and try to load it. It still says error even though the file is good as I just double click it and load into Apple Music and plays just fine. For what I did and attempt to try to fix this I found and deleted the VDJ song database file deleted the file as I knew this would force VDJ to create a new one. Once that was done, then all the songs load properly even the ones that wouldn’t go prior but now created a new problem. Now when I try to search for a artist or song title and search, it’s not finding it a lot.  I have go to the folder on VDJ and find a song the hard way, which is taking me a lot longer. This happened a lot during the event today as I’m trying to find the song I want and time is running out on the current song playing and I have to quickly find something else to play next.

If you deleted the database then you need to rebuild it.

Should do that automatically the next time I run the VDJ after deleting the file because I can see where is re-scanning all the tracks.
