Firstly, just let me say congrats to the dev team - this new lyrics feature is nothing short of witchcraft, very impressive!
Just a couple of small things I noticed. Firstly, I don't know if this is by design or not, but if you take a song and tag it as being a karaoke track in the tag editor, you can no longer use the karaoke effect to put the lyrics on the screen. Example - I was looking online for a karaoke request from last week's gig that I didn't have. Couldn't find a karaoke version of it, so I thought to myself "aha, I could just download the music video instead, then let VDJ make it into a karaoke track with the new features." So I downloaded the video and stuck it in my karaoke folder as normal, and tagged it as being a karaoke song, as I would with any other karaoke video. The lyrics effect works as normal, but the karaoke effect doesn't, until you get rid of the karaoke flag in the tag editor.
It would be great if the karaoke flag didn't stop the effect from working, also, it would be handy if there was some kind of "VDJ generated karaoke" flag that you could set in the tag editor as well. Tick this box, and the track would automatically mute the vocal stem and switch on the karaoke effect if not already on upon loading. I'm all for setting things up in advance and not having to overthink things at the gig haha.
