Anyone know how to fix this?
I have a brand new macbook M4; I have reinstalled virtual DJ many times; I have cleared Aplication Data; and I made sure SIP is on but sitll no luck?

Did you use something like Time Machine or Migration Assistant to move to your new laptop?
I believe that will break the GPU drivers

Unfortunately it's an issue on Apple's side with encryption keys. You need to set up the new Macbook as a fresh install.
