Hi there, first of all: thanks for the new AI search function in VDJ 2026 – great idea and I’m already using it a lot.A few suggestions that would make it much more useful in daily workflow:
Search history / persistent prompt
A small drop-down with the last X prompts (or at least the current one staying in the field) would be great.
Right now, one wrong click starts a completely new search and the whole prompt is gone.
Chat-style refinement
It would be very helpful to have a chat-like mode with the AI:
refine the current result
ask follow-up questions
slightly adjust the request (e.g. “same style, but more 90s”, “less mainstream”, etc.)
Without having to retype the whole prompt every time.
Bug with “&” in German version
In the German version I still have an issue with the & character:
very often searches that contain & return no results.
As soon as I remove the & from the search string, the correct track is found.
Maybe this helps to improve the feature – would love to rely on the AI search even more in live situations

I believe it does this already.

Yes, Klaus demonstrated this in his video.
So, just another quick video!

yes, the AIPrompt does indeed keep a context, so it will remember your last request and take it into account if you ask a follow up, but only if you ask the follow up question within 1 minute, and it only remembers the last request, not the full conversation.
