I have a problem with controllers connected at VDJ.
I have a Hercules Dj Control Instinct P8 and a Pioneer DDJ-FLX6-GT.
I've been using them for years without any problems, but from today VDJ only detects them as hardware, not software. For example, I can change the mappings and audio settings, but when I start using them, VDJ doesn't detect any inputs, as if they weren't connected, and in the controllers menu of the settings, in the controller-specific screen, there is a grey usb in the lower right corner of the screen.
I purchased the VDJ PRO Infinity license in July 2025.
