I currently have some keys mapped to adjust video effect sliders. The mapping looks like this:
video_fx_slider 1 -1
I am trying to emulate the same behavior on a pad, but am not having luck. I have tried a few different variables as well.
Any advice?

You have to know the exact name of the pad on the controller i believe. Do you have any video as an example? On youtube or any of the sort?

No issue getting the pads to work. It's the scripting. I am on the correct pads. Just need the correct verbiage.

Going to give it a go now. I don't think I tried that variable, as I was mapping them to knobs originally.

Got it working.
Had to add the deck selection as well as your correct variables.
deck master video_fx_slider 1 +0.15
