Today I purchased the Infinity Pro license. I installed the software from the official website, but no matter how hard I try, I can't add my email address because the program says it has no internet connection. I've already checked my firewalls, and it still can't connect.
Please help me with this.
I need this urgently because the program is a tool I use for work.
