Dear VirtualDJ Team,
As a former Rekordbox user, when I transitioned to VirtualDJ I imported my full music library of approximately 14,000 tracks, including all previously set cue points and loops.
While VirtualDJ successfully reads this data, I’ve noticed a consistent issue: cue points and loops are not always perfectly aligned, often showing slight millisecond discrepancies from their original positions. Over a large library, this becomes both time-consuming and disruptive to workflow.
With AlphaTheta’s recent introduction of “One Library,” this feels like the right moment to address and potentially resolve this longstanding limitation.
I hope you will consider this improvement, as it would significantly enhance the experience for users migrating from Rekordbox.
Best regards,
Fabrizio

This is a well known issue (you are using mp3 files), and has been mentioned many times here before (different encoder/decoders causing issues with injecting timespace into the playback), and is notnot a VirtualDJ only issue.
The "solution" is a bit involved (experimenting with the shifts experienced from imports from other platforms and correcting them based on that previously gained knowledge).
What I did in the meantime is use the shift_all_cues verb with some keyboard shortcuts to shift th the cues back to where they need to be when I notice them being off on playback (I think I stole the script off the beatgrid editor extension pad page).
Also, if you use files other than mp3, those should be okay (AFAIK).

I know it's been a long time, but asking about every now and then, I believe it doesn't hurt nobody ✨️
Hopefully someday it will be fixed!
Thanks for the suggestion 🙏🏾

Can you share a song for which the export is not accurate?

Of course, but 99% are...how should I share it? You mean mp3 file?
