Updated to the latest beta build now nothing on mixer works on the midi side.

M1 MacBook running Tahoe 26.3.1

Was working lastnight and now nothing

Just went back to build b9246 and everything works again
 
Indeed a regression bug. Please stay with Public release until we fix.
 
Fixed in latest Early Access Build 9275
