I heard that the VMX series is a big improvement over the DX series (quality and performance). I reallly really wanted to get a DX500, as they are cheap ever since the VMX series came out .... but they're discontinued now and the only ones I can find are used. I would like to see the transform buttons on them, as they provide very cool effects and transitions.
But I am sure the VMX series are much more improved.

i have a DX500...
i dont see what there is too improve on
in a yr the only fault i have had, is the light behind the behringer logo died.. but i like it better that way.... they really were a good mixer.... good luck finding one... except the sampler sounds like SH#T...
