I assume you're using win95? WS2 means Winsock 2 and is the DLL lib used to connect to the internet when using Win95 (it's not installed normally). Please take a look at http://www.atomixmp3.com/forum/display.html?forum=7&topic=2801 (I assume it's the same problem...) I willn't support this at any time, 'caus normally it isn't the right way. Please take care while doing stuff like this.
