What do Next Window and Previous Window mean. When I click Tab or Shift-Tab I do not see any effect?

It switch from the directory list to the file list to the playlist list if it's opened.
Then, you can use the normal arrows keys to browse through the list, and the ENTER key to load a song.

Thanks....this is was I assumed BUT nothing happens when I click the TAB or SHIFT-TAB keys. Is it possibly a bug or is there something I can change on the configuration of my machine to make this click effective??
Another question....what are the shortcut keys to Select, or switch decks??
