I have main output to my stereo and monitor on my headphone from #2 soundcard. how can i check to make sure that the level on the deck that i'm about to cue, is the same as the master output.

Enable auto gain control from option menu. Is not perfect but is very close to have the same level in master output. Another way is to use external mixer with cue lever. Finaly the best is to normalize all your mp3 to the same level.
