You first have to enable 'Extended Desktop' in windows.
Here's how to do it in XP:
Right click the background of your desktop, choose Properties->Settings->Advanced.
If your video card is properly installed, you will see 2 displays in that window. Click the one that is grayed out and then check the box "Extend my desktop onto this display". Then click 'Apply.'
If you start VDJ now, you should be able to see that other display in the dropdown box for the video destination under config->video in VDJ.
P.S. SHOUTING doesn't help ;)
