Hello again, alas, one more question before I buy:
Can I map the FX controls to a midi device? I'd like to be able to open and close filters using a knob or slider. I really like the filter knob in DSS DJ, which you can map to a midi knob, and I'm hoping Virtual DJ can be set up to do the same.

yes... you already can in Virtual DJ 3.2 ;)
For example, the Hercules console can use the jogwheels to manipulate the fx sliders...
Built in support with Virtual DJ 3.2 in the mapper ;)
