My PC:

AMD 64 : 3.000+
1 gb memory (2 x 512 kingston 400)
geforce fx 5200 with 128 mb

I can play videos only 2 hs . all analized - all small (50 mb aprox each one)
CPU = 38 to 50 % all time
C= 31 gb
D= 31 GB (swap)
E = rest with files

Is it a BUG ??

How are your videos encoded? I am guessing probably MPEG1 based on 50MB file size, but if highly compressed (ie DiVX) then it takes more CPU to decompress for display, though it still shouldn't be that difficult for a computer with the specs of yours. See if you can get ahold of some '.vob' files (MPEG2) and see how it works with them. My computer is comparable to yours and runs around 3-4% mixing 2 .vob files.
Also, are you using the internal decoder or the external (Windows Video) decoder in the extensions tab of setup for your file type. If Windows decoder is being used, then depending on what you have installed for windows to use, then the separate thread being run for decoding may be the culprit. Try both ways and see if there is a difference.
