It would be nice if vdj would process the next song faster. I have to wait about 3 secs before I can needle drop my cue point. I should have enough processing power so I can do an accurate quickmixes. I quickmix often & need that extra speed for my club sets. A music editor added to the program would be awesome!!! Something to create your own dj edits. We can record mixes, editing would be a great progression.

it depends whether you want to edit the mp3 you record,
or you want just to record actions to some script and then edit this script than can "replace you" and repeat exactly what you were doing with vdj

Yeah you can apparently do that with Traktor Dj Studio, but it looked a bit complicated and I never got round to figuring it out.
There's loads of editing tools out their. No need for Virtual DJ to integrate one into the program if that's what your asking. It will never have as many features as dedicated editing software. look into SoundForge and Sonic Foundary ACID.

recording all user inputs would be quite easy to achive but its a direction i hope VDJ doesnt go in. I want VDJ to be the best for sound quality, reliablity and intuitvenes of use.
