Hi Pemba. If you new to this site then I guess you did not purchase vdj from here. In that case it is probably a cracked version which is illegal and you will not be able to get any support.

First thing to do, buy VirtualDj from this site and also you could buy products from here and receive in your country (at least we receive goodies from VDJ all over the world).
