Hi Members of the Radio,
If you couldn't enter to the Radio Chat, I give you a few tips that could fix this:
(I found some problems too when I want to go into the Chat room and fix them in this way)
I realize that we use Java console... I open the java console and do a reset in there, after that I could enter the radio chat.
I resolve my problem following this steps:
I open my Java Console, And execute some funtions, I ONLY put the LETTERs (Without symbols "---") of each one:
- f -
- g -
- x -
After these steps I was able to enter the chat again... (With Java 1.5.0_04) I have now java 1.5.0_06 and also the chat works for me with it (It's the last java build 1.5.0_06-b05).
In other situations I load the chat once and you have only the white windows with nothing that you can type... I open again from the webpage and opens well the second time...
I also have erase all cokies, and temp files from the Internet explorer...

If that not help,
The DJ's that couldn't work in the CHAT for any reason, have to find the current DJ MSN and contact him by that way.
The DJ who is mixing and who is going to mix have to be comunicate each other be MSN.

We have a little "cup of cofee" icon in the right-bottom of our screen (In the task bar of Windows) Right-Click that and execute the instructions I gave in my last post.

WhiteDVL give us a solution to this issue. We are going to try it and then inform to all DJs that couldn't enter to the IRC Chat, so they can enter.

A few users have trouble to connect on our chat system.
So, yesterday, I assisted Guppa and fixed his connecting trouble.
So, I asked Him :
1) To uninstall all java package from his workstation,
2) To delete the java directory,
3) To dowloaded the higher java package on the sun web site,
4) To install it and apply the instruction and then shutdown his computer,
5) To test the java command "java -version" in a windows,
6) And then, to test with his browser to connect on our chat system.
In the case of trouble, please, check that java option is allow in your browser, delete the cookies of your computers, test with other browsers like IE if you use Firefox.
In the most of the case, it's a system trouble ... and remember, our chat system is the ONLY way to communicate with DJ on the radio.
Please, check our radio chat is fine on your computer !

Since it's OK with IE, it's a browser trouble or problem and not our radio chat.
Guppa had the same trouble with Firefox.
So, Please, could you desinstall the browser, delete the directory and all the key in the registry concerning your brower and install it again.
