Why keep uploading ? Use your own PC as a server.
Have you tried WWW FILE SHARE PRO?
The Latest Release - 3.20
Visit the official page here:

It's really easy to set up, it works on just about any version of windows.
Just give people the Links to files from your PC no need to keep uploading!
Once you have FileSharePro installed and running you will have noticed for anyone to see the selected folders your sharing you have to give them your IP.
Not allways a good thing, so use a referal tool such as the SHOOTER from www.Selfhost.com
this is free too It just means instead of giving out your IP all you have to do is run the shooter and give them whateveryouchoose.selfhost.com as your server address.
