When I record my mixes sumtimes it is screwwed up i remember i did a good as mix well to me it was gud im new but any way , when i played it it skipped out heaps of bits and was all mumbled

maybe something is wrong with your mp3 encoder...
try redownloading it ( http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Lame_Encoder.htm ) and re-locating it in the recording configuration menu
or mess around with the bitrate if it's just crappy quality

Hope you have enough memory or you might lack disc cache. A good cpu that can handle both recording and playing is also essential.
And be sure to have "timestretch" (master tempo) disabled while mixing.
