Topic: DJ Console MKI cannot Scratch after Ver. 3.2 [Fixed]

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the drivers and VirtualDJ Pro software and tried rolling back to older drivers to no sucess.

I cannot get the alien tool to enable DJ Mouse, hence not allowing me to be able to scratch using the job wheels or stick.

I have tried toggleing the checkboxes in the VirtualDJ Remote control settings for scratch with stick and scratch with job wheels. Nothing is working.

I didn't notice a problem until i upgraded to to 3.2 and 3.3.

I have downloaded all the latest drivers from www.hercules.com.

I think being unable to check the "Enable DJ mouse" in the alien tool is the root of my problem. Can anyone confirm that i must have that enabled to scratch with Job wheels and stick.

Any ideas anyone? Got a gig on April 7th, 2006 so i need this fixed.

Fixed the problem.

Apparently some of my controls on my DJ Console were remapped somehow.

In order to repair everything back to normal i deleted everything inside the VirtualDj folder in my program files.

Then i reinstalled and the scratch is working again.
