I have MP3 and CDG files for karaoke. When I play karaoke, the video is sometimes messed up. Some of the words are not clear and are garbled. I don't know if it is a program problem or a video problem.
Any ideas.

Have you seen these files before. I mean have you played them in other software and they were okay. Sometimes, when they are ripped from discs not all of the data gets copied. I looks like a jigsaw puzzle with blocks of old letters left from the previous lines.
make sure that the files are good. you can use adiograbber and rip the cdg file to mp3+g file again. Also make sure the original disc is good. Stick it in your cdg player and just check it.

You could test your files within Winamp with the cdg plugin to see if the troubles are your files, or that it is VDJ related.
