Hey guys once I plug lets say Maya 44 or Sound Blaster Live 24-bit into my computer, can I plug DJ SPEAKERS into my external sound card and listen to music threw dj system speakers

if you mean with active dj speakers it is possible of course :)
you can set outputs of any sound card like you wish.
