most times when i scratch with them and let go the music stops and to continue playing i have to touch it agian

Be sure that no cables are under XP10. i had the same problem when i had power cable of laptop under XP10.

You can have only power adaptor near XP10.
These controllers are very sensitive to magnetic fields. Specially touch sensitive wheel.
Pick your XP10 up in the air for about 20cm and far from other devices/cables/power adaptors and then try it. Is should work.

im still having that problem ive already checked everything but it only happens sometimes like ill scratch and when i let go it wont play until i tap the pad again there are no wires under or power adapters near they are only on my wooden table

Maybe the sensor under the jog it's damage, I think you can change the "hold" function to "nothing" via XP10 mapper but you lose the possibility to scratch.

try on another computer and maybe with original software that comes with xp10.
