You need to be a licensed user to be able to download extras.
I'm not going to get involved in a debate about unlicensed users - because all those threads get locked.
But in the nicest possible way - buy a license and support the future development of the software. If you have license already then please register it.

2 suggestions then...
1, as youre an unlicensed user, you coud fix the bug yourself, as you seam to already have the skin.
2, you can buy VirtualDJ (proper licence) then you will have access to all the new skins and the newer pioneer skins, too.
