I posted that I was having trouble in the General forum, I am now convinced that my TCV's are defective. I have tried every possible way of congifuring the time code, and and the very same spots on each side of the TCV. And thats with the software pre amp off. Now with the pre amp on, it works fine but the scratching and any little bump in the table will throw it off. Is there any thing I can do or can I send back my vinyls and get new ones? I paid over $60 canadadian for these records and have not been able to use them since july. Thanks.

If you think there defective you can contact support http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/
but make sure your stylus has the proper weight,height and anti skate adjustment and that you tt's are grounded to your computers chassis
