Hola!
I have upgraded to version 4.0, so I thought I would download some new effects for it, the effects I have downloaded wont appear in the effects on the skin even though it said "installation complete".
Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong so I can use these new effects....?

some effects are not v4 ready. you wull have to wait some more time.

Cool,
No worries, I was thinking my pc was on it's last legs as I have had other problems since upgrading.
I will chill with the effects I have til the problem is sorted!

Might be an idea for the future to put information on downloads as to which version they will run on.
