Is anyone working the Help Desk...I asked many hours ago to have my subscription unlocked and still no reply, is anyone there????

Support team works very hard to answer as fast as possible, they just have to go through hundreds of tickets and find what order they need to be replied in...sort of like what an ER room does, sorry your wait has been so long
 
Thanks...sometimes I get spoiled when they anwser too quickly, as always great support!!
