Topic: Video shrinks back down after "loading" displays.

Just curious why that when I play a video, and maximize the window to full screen, it plays for about 5 seconds, and the screen flashes "loading" and then shrinks back down.
This happens on my home and laptop pc, and it does it even when I'm not mixing.

i think u need to manualy resize the window or chose a different out put
 
It won't maximize on your main screen, unless you do as Sky mentioned and stretch it manually.
You shouldn't run into any problems using it on your second output though
 
My laptop has a s-video out and I suppose what I would plug a monitor into.
Is there an easy way to be able hook into the vcr/video splitter at the club I spin at?
I know about the rca to s-video converter cord ( http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2276944&cp=&origkw=s-video+rca&kw=s-video+rca&parentPage=search )
but don't really want to have to order it online, or pay even more for a premium one that they have in stock.
I'm not positive that the vid splitter doesn't have s-video, but I'll find out tonight.

Make sure you get the right one, some Ati's use a 7pin (component signal incuded) most of the time you will only need a 4pin svideo to composite
Ebay has them alot less than that price
