usually means they took the foul language out, or shortened a long rapping part or something...
just what it says... edited vocals...
this is usually the same as radio mix or radio version....
generally, it just means Clean!

Hmm... I learn something new every day.. did not know that about urban songs.
In the house/dance music world, a vocal edit simply means a version of the song with lots of vocals.
Usually compared to the original mix or club mix, that is the same song with lesser vocal parts.
