What exactly should i feel in the blancs to broadcast my programm on Internet with the help of listen2myradio.com?

I have an account and a station on listen2myradio.com.

I have see sawn those but i cant understand so much.
It is so comfused.
I search for specific instructions.

and PLZ BUY THE PROGRAM IF U LIKE IT, i am not yelling at the guy anyone

What exactly should i fill?

server- my host with http or without
port - 8000?
name- ...............?
password- the password which i login on listen2myradio.com
genre- ........?
 
 
And why should i done it?
 
to prove you have and so you can get all the benifits of being a pro user which as you bought the software deserve :)
