Some plugins require you to be a Pro user, to download. Does the plugin you are trying to down load, say for pro users?

You have to go here, for serial problems. We can't help you with that. Since when do you need a serial to get a plug in? Did you see my post above? Registered user are entitled to plug ins, based on their level. If it is a pro plug in, you have to be a pro user, to get it. Home users are not entitled to pro plug ins.
