Topic: Serial Number Problem. - Page: 1

I have VDJ Profesional bought in germany. Now i'm in another country. The serial number works on my VDJ but this site does not recognize it. It says that is an invalid one. How to resolve it ?

I am trying to upgrade from atomixmp3 to virtualdj and when i enter my serial number the site says that my number has already been used for an upgrade. I have atomixmp3 and do not have virtualdj. I want to upgrade. Can anyone help today?

I have and cannot get an answer. I am looking for some help. I am a registered user of atomixmp3 and have been for years and want to upgrade now to VDJ. I just want to get the discount that I should be getting. I got no match when i went to the question page.
 

Why don't you write a ticket out and send it to the team, with your request.

guys i am asking for help. how do i write a ticket? can someone please tell me what i need to do to get help. I do not frequent the forum here because the software works great, that is why i want to update, but if you would kindly tell me how i write a ticket or contact support or something, that is all i am looking for. under support all i can find is view tickets. How do i make one?

Put in your question, like, Problem with Upgrading to VirtualDJ Pro with Atomixmp3 discount.

If it can't find the answer for you, there will be a form at the bottom of the form for you to fill in. It might take them a few minutes to get back to you or a couple of days, but they will

Thanks, i have created one, but i was wanting to update today, i have a gig tonight that i would like to use it. Any possibility of them answering rapidly?
 
 

Yep follow Brians advice, if that don't work them the team will sort you out via the ticket.

the discount page does not work i says the page no longer exists.
 
does anyone know what kind of a discount you get for upgrading from atomix to vdj?

internet explorer, the message says the page is no longer on the server. it says

Sorry, but the page you requested does not exist anymore on our servers

I knew nothing of the special Atomix upgrade link until now.
My bad...

As it says pretty clearly on the purchase page "If you own another Atomix Productions product, you can upgrade to Virtual DJ PRO for a discounted price.
To order an upgrade, click here."

And that was the only upgrade page I knew off, gonna have to pursue this a bit more with our webmaster, your serial should have approved on that page.
