I could be quite tempted by one of these just for the portability.
Does anyone have any experience of running VDJ 4.3 (my version of choice) or higher on a system with a a 1.2ghz processor and 1 gig of ram?
More specifically does anyone have a laptop with one of the U7600 processors?
I'm worried it would be a bit pissweak. I run VV 4.3 with the VV box.
Cheers

depends what you want to do with it. id be worried too that its a bit weak, but it should run if you dont exepct too much out of it in terms of effects and tweaks. if you're going to use video, id just forget that idea immediately

I used a computer that had 1gig ram and a 1.6ghrz processer. It is good for basic audio, I still use it for a backup or if one of my guys needs to use it. I had nights that I used it for 5 hours with an MK2 and it was fine.

Yeh na I don't do video, nor samples anymore since i switched to TCV.
So no loss of audio quality then?
