Afternoon all,
I've finally seem to got my laptop & VDJ working the way I want it.
Can anyone recommend a program that will take a 'snapshot' of my hard drive or similar for an easy restore at anytime?
I use Vista & dual boot if that makes any difference?
Ideally, i'd just like to put a disc in and have everthing reloaded the way it is now. Is this possible?
Gary

Symantec Ghost or Symatec System recovery both will create an image of your computer you can keep on another computer or flash drive which will rebuild your computer entirely inc os hardware and settings.

Ok, thanks for that.
As i'm using dual boot, will it give me the option of just recovering my VDJ or will I have to do the whole PC?
Its 2 copies of Vista, each on their own hard drive.
Gary.

With Symantec Ghost, you have the ability to choose which drive or partition you want to take an image from...
I use it on my desktop and laptop both have dual boot : Linux & XP and it does both.
