if you baught VDJ from a download or store. Make sure you place the numbers with spacing before and after the dashes.

If you did not purchase VirtualDJ from this site, then you purchased an illegal copy. VirtualDJ does not use a store outlet/distribution for it's product, it can only be purchased online at this site. I highly recommend you take your purchased goods back to the store and get your money back.

Is it the pro version or the LE version with MK2? I have a feeling you didn't get VDJ from a store since there is no box version available. Everyone here knows all the tricks and gimmicks so be honest and maybe we can help in a more positive way.
