Get a time table of wedding from wedding coordinator or build it yourself. Think through the whole wedding what are you going to play:
-before guests arrive
-cocktail hour
-grand entrance
-first dance
-dinner
-open dancefloor
-during bucket toss.....
-etc
It's good to play traditional jazz during cocktail hour something like Sinatra....

i used the form on the first page as a guide - they wrote down everything they wanted for each part... all the papers people gave me helped immensely
