Topic: Editing MPEG videos.

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hey guys, I know this subject has been discussed somewhere on here, but had no luck finding anything. I am looking for a program that allows me to edit out areas of an MPEG video. In some videos they have an area that is not useable. So I am trying to find some editing software that is fairly inexpensive and easy to use. Do you have any suggestions?

I think most use sony vegas but if you google search there is a lot out there. I'm also looking into Ulead.

Tayla is the man for Ulead,

tmpgenc express 4 does it, also it will convert almost any format to any other format, it's what I use for all my video conversions

@ machete

i've recently got sony vegas and still working it out, but if you get a hold of ulead studio 11, its more easier to get your head round it for editing if your just starting out. in fact just been talking to one of the guys off the forums that called me up so if you need any help or advice just pm me and i will give you my number, by the way i live in the UK

Hey, once again, thanks for the quick replys. I will look into Ulead and Sony Vegas.

Vegas continues to lead in my book... even though you may not be a pro....Vegas' timeline is nice.. plus.... allows u to manipulate quite a few things
If you are a pro.. i still recommend using Sony Vegas..

by the way version 8.0 is out now.. and facilitates mp4 usage... and gives a smoother.. rendering process between cuts as well

hey tayla..... give me a shout if you see this.... see that you mentioned something of interest in this thread....
