Also I'm going to be running total control midi with 2 turntables and virtual vinyl with cue

Does the virtual vinyl sound card have inputs for the MIC & HEADPHONE Cue like DJ/IO? or?
 
It is a different in size so unless that case can be modded unfortunately not, the VV box is designed for use with a mixer so it does not have a mic or headphone jack.

Perhaps you could use a line mixer to manage your preview and mic and use the total control for the mixing.

 
can i use the djio & numark virtual vinyl sound cards at the same time? so i can still use the total control with I/O for mic and headphones?

No you would need to use a mixer cue would not allow this currently.
 
hey i have the exact same coffin and my vv box does fit in that slot.
